Trash or Music?? This new generation of hip-hop/ rap has sparked some serious controversy for hip-hop listeners. Could this possibly be an entirely new genre of music? This album does not have many topics beside sex, females, and more sex. The lyrics do have a creative side but are explicit, limiting their audiences. There isn’t much diversity amongst Young Money and it is almost hard to distinguish who is rapping. Yes, the songs are catchy, but is this all we want as listeners or do we actually want substance?
