Q. What is it that you like about wrestling?
A. In the sport of wrestling I like the competitiveness and the fact that it is an individual sport because it shows your ambition and hard work.
Q. Have you made any close friendships on the team?
A. Yes, because in the sport of wrestling you become real close with your teammates as friends because the respect you have for each other for withstanding the hard practices and remaining on the team.
Q. How has your victory in the City Championships affected you and the wrestling team?
Winning benefits my team and I because it builds my confidence and it also motivates my teammates to win also.
Q. What’s your favorite subject in school?
My favorite subject in school is math because I’m really good with numbers.
Q. Who do you look up to?
My older brother. He’s my role model.
Q. What college do you plan on going to?
I will be attending NIU (Northern Illinois) next year.
